Philip started his career in the construction industry after high school. He worked for the Woolworth Corporation, traveling across the country, before eventually running the Texas Construction Division for HUD. After gaining significant experience, he decided to open his own construction company called Twin Builders, which is based in Houston, Texas. In 2000, he returned to Florida to start another company, Philip Cryar Marine Works. Philip enjoys spending his leisure time on the water with his wife, Kelly, and their four children - Logan, Nena, Caidan, and Philip Jr. He takes pride in his Vast knowledge and expereince in the field and believes that is has helped him build one of the best companies in the area.

​Vince holds a bachelor's degree in professional golf management from New Mexico State University. He has been a PGA Class A Professional for over 20 years. He has also spent time in the Heavy equipment business. In 2014, he moved back to Florida to support his brother in growing Philip Cryar Marine Works. Vince enjoys spending time outside with his wife, Theresa, and their three children - Sydney, Miriam, and Bennett. His primary goal is to provide customers with an exceptional experience, ensuring that they always come first.                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Nena has spent 10 years working on the local beaches renting out beach chairs. She has just completed a 6-year stint at Sandestin, where she managed the beach. Nena is confident that the skills she acquired during her time there will help her excel in her new position at Philip Cryar Marine Works. Her primary focus while learning about the construction industry is to help the company expand its social media presence. She enjoys spending time in the water and with her family.
